America’s immigration laws.Secretary of State Antony Blinken met in the afternoon at the ornate National Palace with Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador and members of his cabinet, joined by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and by Liz Sherwood-Randall, the White House’s homeland security adviser, as well as other aides.
