Funds raised in the mooted cash call would go towards accelerating exploration and drilling at Abujar, ahead of its next mineral resource estimate which is due in September.
The raising would capitalise on recent investor support for the stock. Tietto's shares have risen alongside the price of gold this year and were trading up more than 128 per cent year-to-date to close at 64¢ on Wednesday.
The company last raised capital in November 2019, when it tapped the market for $17 million. Hartleys was lead manager on that placement, with Blackwood Capital and Euroz Securities pitching in as co-lead managers.
